We ship all ClayLoom orders across India. Every piece is carefully packed in recycled materials to ensure it arrives safely.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500
• Flat ₹100 shipping fee on orders below ₹2,500
• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
• Express delivery (select cities): 2–3 business days at ₹200 additional

Processing Time

As all ClayLoom pieces are handmade and may be made to order, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Partners

We ship via Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC depending on your pincode.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable. We are working on making ClayLoom available globally — please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Fragile Items

All ceramic pieces are packed with bubble wrap, foam inserts, and double-boxed for protection. In the rare event of damage during transit, please refer to our Returns policy.
